Enjoy this opera about a court jester named Rigoletto who mocks courtiers at a ball-resulting in much drama and excitement throughout until a much-anticipated ending. This story of curses, vengeance, and a family's reputation unfolds against incredible orchestrations by Giuseppe Verdi. Performed in Italian, the audience can expect The Natchez Festival of Music to offer subtitles projected at the stage so lyrics can be understood by the English-speaking audience. Downtown Weekend Walking tours

Downtown walking tours starting at 9 am at the William Johnson House. Tours will be on Saturday, May 11th and Sunday, May 12th. Walking tours will be 45 minutes to 1 hour in duration. The tour will focus on the antebellum life of William Johnson, "The Barber" of Natchez.
