Elgin Plantation

Relax on the gallery of this beautiful, countryside circa 1792 plantation-style home. The guest rooms are located in the renovated kitchen quarters behind the residence, and all are furnished with elegant antiques.  Guests enjoy breakfast in the main house and are invited to sit in any one of a dozen high-back rocking chairs. Elgin is a short drive from downtown, but it's worth the drive when you have the opportunity to relax in such a secluded, tranquil country setting.
