In graduate school, she became increasingly interested in folk fiddle, launching an insatiable desire to understand and perform Irish, bluegrass, old-time, Americana, blues, jazz, and other equally challenging styles of fiddle playing.
She is the Co-Founder of Ocobo Music Festival, an international, multi-genre world music festival that takes place in Ibagué, Colombia.
